ONLINE and FIXED FEE Divorce - call us to discuss
If you are considering ending your marriage you will require advice on how to do this formally. There is no such thing as an automatic divorce no matter how long you have been separated. You will still need to go through the process of divorce. Providing that you both agree that the marriage is at an end, it is very unlikely that the process will be long and that you will need to attend court. Most cases of divorce or separation are completed within 4 months without a court attendance. For that reason we are happy to offer reasonable fixed fees for the service.
It may be that for religious or other reasons you do not want to go through divorce proceedings but prefer instead to be legally / judicially separated.
